Whether your district is fully online, in-person, or hybrid, addressing learner variability is key to meeting the whole child's needs of each learner. Hear how Middletown School District has taken a methodical approach to understanding the unique variability of their learners and keeping it in constant focus whether they are teaching in school or in a digital environment. In this session, you will explore ways to leverage the Learner Variability Navigator, a free web app, to support both remote and in-person instruction.
